Personalising My Order
How do I personalise my order?
View all of our products here. The majority of our products can be customised with either a photo, text or logo. You will see the options for personalising a product when you visit it's page. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
How can I tell if my photo is good quality before I order?
Rest assured, most photos taken on a modern phone are perfect for printing. When you order, we will be in touch if we have any concerns about the quality of your photo. If in doubt, feel free to Send Us Your Photo and we will check it for quality.

How do I check the sizing?
Please check the "Sizing Guide" tab below the product details. Alternatively, here is a size guide!

What if my garment is too big/small when I receive it?
Please check our sizing guide. We use UK standard sizes as do the clothing suppliers that we source our clothing from and you should not expect to receive your t-shirt "too big" or "too small". If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
My order is a gift
Will there be paper work in my order showing how much I've paid?
Nope! 90% of our orders are those that are sending direct to friends/family. A receipt for payment will be emailed over to you as soon as you place your order, which includes pricing and more information.
How do I do send a gift direct to friends/family?
90% of our orders are those that are sending gifts to friends and families, without seeing the finished product themselves! Simply type in their address on the delivery section instead of yours. We will NEVER include prices in our deliveries, and we can even put a nice gift message on the product too, which is FREE! :)
What's this about a FREE gift message?
That's right! On the Cart Page you'll be able to type in a short message or even a heart felt poem to your loved one, we'll print it onto the box, for FREE!
Collecting My Order
What will I need to bring?
We can't give your gift to just anybody, please take note of your order number and tell us this at the time you pick up. You may be asked for proof of your order number.
Where is your store, and when do you open?
You'll be able to select a time slot during our opening times for collection when you purchase your order.
We are based in Rhyl, North Wales. Feel free to come and pay us a visit! We are open at reduced hours during Tier 4 Lockdown, we are open 10am - 4pm Monday - Saturday.

Will I need to wear a mask?
To keep you and our colleagues safe, we advise wearing a mask when collecting your order.
Local Delivery
Will you be able to deliver my order to me today?
We aim to get every photo gift ordered today, made today. However due to Covid-19 restrictions, we offer Local Delivery on a Monday, Wednesday & Friday. If you need your order delivered any other day, please call us on 01745 343752 to arrange.

What's the difference between Local Delivery and Postage?
Our Local Delivery option is only available for those that are within 10 miles of our retail store. We offer this at a very low cost to help those that are shielding and those that can not make it into the high street.
Postage is available for those outside 10 miles of our store, we post to every town in the UK for just £2.95.

How much is postage?
Postage - Cut off time for same day despatch is 11am.
Standard: 3-5 Tracked Working Day Delivery - £2.95
Fast: 2-4 Tracked Working Day Delivery - £5.95
Express: 1-2 Working Day Delivery - £9.95
We use a tracked service and you will receive a tracking number for your order.
Why isn't postage FREE?
We aim to keep our costs low for all customers, those that are local to our retail store, those that live across the UK, and even those that live overseas! Like all other retailers, free postage means more expensive products, and it seems unfair to charge that to our customers that are collecting their order from us. Our prices are clear as crystal.
What's your current turnaround time?
Not long at all! We post orders the same day you order if ordered before 2pm. If an item is out of stock, then it will take 3-5 working days for us to get it in stock, but don't worry as this will clearly be mentioned on the product page. We use the fastest methods possible depending on the size and weight of your order. Please see our Delivery information here.
What couriers do you use?
We use Royal Mail for most of our postage services, depending on the size and weight of your order you may be upgraded to DPD which is a next day delivery service. If you have a preference on which courier you would like, please be sure to mention this on the Cart Page or contact us on 01745 343752.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We are sorry to hear this. It is important you contact us immediately. We package items very carefully on our delivery station to avoid this happening but if on the rare occasion this does happen, we will post out a new order to you. Please note however, we would need to see proof that your order is damaged and you may need to return this to us.
