Choosing The Perfect Photo
Rest assured, every photo is checked by a real human in our print shop and if there are any issues with your photo, we will call you to let you know before we print.
Check out our top tips on choosing the best photo:
- Prints love colour! Bright, colourful photos look amazing when printed.
- Please avoid using screenshots as this affects the quality of the print. We always recommend using the original file where possible.
- Avoid adding 'over the top' filters to your photos. Instagram and Snapchat filters are not an issue and can enhance the photo.
- Photos taken from your Facebook newsfeed *can* have a low file size and may print poorly, but if this does happen we will call you to let you know.

If ordered before 2pm and the item is in stock, we will have your order ready to collect today!
Postal Deliveries
If you order on a weekday then your order will be posted to you tomorrow. If you order on a Saturday or Sunday, then your order will be posted to you on Monday. Royal Mail delays may occur of up to 2 days.

Local Delivery
This service is available for those within 10 miles of our retail store (LL18 1UB) and is just £2.00. Our delivery dates are every Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 16.30pm and 18.30pm. Cut off time for same day delivery is 16:00pm.
Store Pick-Up - Ready In 2 Hours
This service is, of course, free! Please bring your order number with you when you collect.
Opening times during Tier 4 Lockdown:
Mon-Sat: 09:30am - 17:30pm.
Returns Policy
On the rare occasion you experience a problem when you receive your order, we offer a no-quibble 14 day returns procedure if there is a quality issue with your print. If you're not 100% happy, we will send you out a replacement when sent back to us. If 14 days has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Personalised gifts
Each photo is carefully inspected by our in-house experts. If you do find that your photo isn't the quality you expected, please Contact Us for a solution. We will ask for a photo of your order that you are unhappy with and it may need to be returned back to us for inspection. Please note, refunds can only be sent if there is a quality issue with your order.
Clothing
If you are not sure on sizes, please see the size guide on the product page of the item you are purchasing. If however you feel you have ordered the wrong size or think the size you have ordered is incorrect, please Contact Us for a solution. Please note that colours of garments are shown as accurate as possible on the website, but the brightness of some phones may show a slightly lighter / darker shade of colour. Please call us for more information on this if you are not sure on the colours, our contact number is 01745 343752.
If you would like to send your item back to us for an return or exchange of size, please make sure that there is no sign of wear, otherwise your return application will not be accepted. Please do so using a tracked service and keep your proof of postage. When your have posted your order to us, please send us your tracking number so we can issue your replacement.
Delivery
We carefully pack each parcel to make sure it does not get damaged during transit. However, if your item has been damaged during delivery we ask you to please Contact Us for a solution.
