On the rare occasion you experience a problem with the quality of your order, we offer a no-quibble 14 day returns procedure if there is a quality issue with your order. If you're not 100% happy, we will send you out a replacement when sent back to us. Buyer pays for postage. If 14 days has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Any missing items from your order must be reported to us within 14 days from the expected delivery date.
Each photo is carefully inspected by our in-house experts. If you do find that your photo isn't the quality you expected, please Contact Us for a solution. We will ask for a photo of your order that you are unhappy with and it may need to be returned back to us for inspection. Please note, refunds can only be sent if there is a quality issue with your order.
If you are not sure on sizes, please see the size guide on the product page of the item you are purchasing. If however you feel you have ordered the wrong size or think the size you have ordered is incorrect, please Contact Us for a solution. Please note that colours of garments are shown as accurate as possible on the website, but the brightness of some phones may show a slightly lighter / darker shade of colour. If you would like to send your plain garment item back to us for an return or exchange of size, please make sure that there is no sign of wear, otherwise your return application will not be accepted. Please do so using a tracked service and keep your proof of postage. When your have posted your order to us, please send us your tracking number so we can issue your replacement.
We carefully pack each parcel to make sure it does not get damaged during transit. However, if your item has been damaged during delivery we ask you to please Contact Us for a solution.
