How long does it take?
Postal Deliveries
At the earliest, your order will be posted the same day if ordered before 2pm, Monday-Friday only. You can schedule a later date for your delivery, which is very helpful if you are sending it direct to the person you are buying for.

Local Delivery
This service is available for those within 10 miles of our retail store (LL18 1UB) and is just £2.00. Our delivery driver will get to you on a Monday, Wednesday or Friday between 3pm and 6pm. Cut off time for same day delivery is 14:00pm, example, if you order at 9:00am Monday morning, it will be delivered to you Monday afternoon between 3pm - 6pm. Please note, if you place your order after 10:00am on Friday, your order will not be delivered on a Saturday or Sunday and will be delivered on Monday.
Store Pick-Up - Ready In 2 Hours
This service is, of course, free! Please bring your order number with you when you collect.
Opening times during Tier 4 Lockdown: Mon-Sat: 10:00am - 16:00pm.
Returns Policy
On the rare occasion you experience a problem when you receive your gift, we offer a no-quibble 14 day returns procedure. If you're not 100% happy with your order, we will send you out a replacement when sent back to us. If 14 days has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Personalised gifts
Each photo is carefully inspected by our in-house experts. If you do find that your photo isn't the quality you expected, please Contact Us for a solution. We will ask for a photo of your order that you are unhappy with and it may need to be returned back to us for inspection. Please note, refunds can only be sent if there is a quality issue with your order.
Clothing
If you are not sure on sizes, please see the size guide on the product page of the item you are purchasing. If however you feel you have ordered the wrong size or think the size you have ordered is incorrect, please Contact Us for a solution.
If you would like to send your item back to us for an return or exchange of size, please make sure that there is no sign of wear, otherwise your return application will not be accepted. Please do so using a tracked service and keep your proof of postage. When your have posted your order to us, please send us your tracking number so we can issue your replacement.
Delivery
We carefully pack each parcel to make sure it does not get damaged during transit. However, if your item has been damaged during delivery we ask you to please Contact Us for a solution.
