We can now safely allow you to pick up your order in-store in as little as 1 hour. Please choose Store Pick Up on the checkout. Our current opening times are Monday-Saturday, 9:30 - 16:00. When entering the store, please queue to the RIGHT for collections only. If possible please wear a face mask before entering our store.

Local Delivery - Cut off time for same day delivery is 15:00.

Available Monday, Wednesday And Friday ONLY. Please note that this service is available for those within 10 miles of our retail store (LL18 1UB) and the free delivery is generated automatically on the checkout. If you are eligible for free delivery but it is not giving you the option to select it, we will refund your postage.

Please note, if you place your order after 15:00 on Friday, your order will not be delivered on a Saturday or Sunday and will be delivered on the next working day (Monday).

On the rare occasion you experience a problem when you receive your gift, we offer a no-quibble 14 day returns procedure. If you're not 100% happy with your order, we will send you out a replacement when sent back to us or refund you the total if you no longer need your item.  If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Personalised gifts

Each photo is carefully inspected by our in-house experts. If you do find that your photo isn't the quality you expected, please Contact Us for a solution. We will ask for a photo of your order that you are unhappy with and it may need to be returned back to us for inspection. Please note, refunds can only be sent if there is a quality issue with your order.

Clothing

If you are not sure on sizes, please see the size guide on the product page of the item you are purchasing. If however you feel you have ordered the wrong size or think the size you have ordered is incorrect, please Contact Us for a solution.

If you would like to send your item back to us for an return or exchange of size, please make sure that there is no sign of wear, otherwise your return application will not be accepted. Please do so using a tracked service and keep your proof of postage. When your have posted your order to us, please send us your tracking number so we can issue your replacement.

Delivery

We carefully pack each parcel to make sure it does not get damaged during transit. However, if your item has been damaged during delivery we ask you to please Contact Us for a solution.
