I was hesitant to order but glad that I did. I come across this company online and hadn’t heard of them before. I ordered two teacher mugs for the end of term, as gifts. Was fast delivery and was please with the items that I received. The only thing I would say, is that when choosing which mug to go for, the “unbreakable” is actually a plastic cup. Not what I thought
