The service I received when ordering this item was nothing short of perfect. Right away my specifications for my order were catered for. I also received options for design that I was unaware were available until I came in to order. And the unexpected surprise was the message telling me it was ready later that day as I was supposed to be picking it the following day. This is a surprise present for my Girlfriend and I cannot wait for it to be opened on Christmas day
