Rest assured, every photo is checked by a real human in our print shop and if there are any issues with your photo, we will call you to let you know before we print.
Check out our top tips on choosing the best photo:
- Prints love colour! Bright, colourful photos look amazing when printed.
- Please avoid using screenshots as this affects the quality of the print. We always recommend using the original file where possible.
- Avoid adding 'over the top' filters to your photos. Instagram and Snapchat filters are not an issue and can enhance the photo.
- Photos taken from your Facebook newsfeed *can* have a low file size and may print poorly, but if this does happen we will call you to let you know.

LOCAL DELIVERY (Tuesday-Friday)
Local delivery within 24 hours of ordering. This service is available for those within 10 miles of our store (Rhyl, LL18 1BG).
Tracked Royal Mail Delivery (Tuesday-Friday)
FREE DELIVERY When You Spend £25 or more.
Standard 2-4 working days (despatched within 24 hours) - £4
Express 1-3 working days (despatched within 24 hours) - £7

On the rare occasion you experience a problem with the quality of your order, we offer a no-quibble 14 day returns procedure if there is a quality issue with your order. If you're not 100% happy, we will send you out a replacement when sent back to us. Buyer pays for postage. If 14 days has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Your order will be printed identical to the live preview that you have made on the website.
Any missing items from your order must be reported to us within 14 days from the expected delivery date.
Personalised gifts
Each photo is carefully inspected by our in-house experts. If you do find that your photo isn't the quality you expected, please Contact Us for a solution. We will ask for a photo of your order that you are unhappy with and it may need to be returned back to us for inspection. Please note, refunds can only be sent if there is a quality issue with your order.
Clothing
If you are not sure on sizes, please see the size guide on the product page of the item you are purchasing. If however you feel you have ordered the wrong size or think the size you have ordered is incorrect, please Contact Us for a solution. Please note that colours of garments are shown as accurate as possible on the website, but the brightness of some phones may show a slightly lighter / darker shade of colour. Please call us for more information on this if you are not sure on the colours, our contact number is 01745 343752.
Plain Garments
If you would like to send your plain garment item back to us for an return or exchange of size, please make sure that there is no sign of wear, otherwise your return application will not be accepted. Please do so using a tracked service and keep your proof of postage. When your have posted your order to us, please send us your tracking number so we can issue your replacement.
Delivery
We carefully pack each parcel to make sure it does not get damaged during transit. However, if your item has been damaged during delivery we ask you to please Contact Us for a solution.

If you are within 10 miles to our store then we can deliver to you same day (Tuesday - Saturday). If you are over 10 miles from our store then we will post your order out to you, choose from Standard 2-4 working day delivery (Royal Mail 48 Tracked, posted on the next working day) or 1-3 working day delivery (Royal Mail 24 Tracked, posted same day if ordered before 3pm).
